With over 12 years of experience in HR leadership, Jessica Daly is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at SilverTech. Holding a master’s degree in education and a SHRM-SCP certification, Jessica brings a diverse background with a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
As a key member of SilverTech’s Senior Leadership Group, Jessica is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the company’s overall business plan and strategic direction. Her expertise spans key areas such as succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. Jessica plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s workforce, providing strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and initiatives at the executive level.
Passionate about fostering talent, Jessica mentors both the HR team and organizational leaders, ensuring a culture of continuous growth and development. She takes pride in SilverTech’s commitment to employee success and believes that helping individuals reach their potential is integral to the company’s success. When she’s not at work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and mentoring the youth at her church and helping other emerging HR professionals.
