CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

As Chief Operating Officer at SilverTech, Ken drives the agency’s operational strategy with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and sustainable growth. He ensures day-to-day operations align with the agency’s long-term vision, working closely with leadership and delivery teams to streamline workflows, increase productivity and uphold the highest standards of quality and service.

Ken plays a critical role in resource management, using data-driven insights to guide strategic allocation and create cross-departmental collaboration. His approach maximizes efficiency, mitigates risks, and positions the agency for long-term success.

Prior to joining SilverTech, Ken held leadership roles at firms such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Capital One. Most recently, as Chief Technology Officer at St. Mark’s School, he led initiatives to build organizational structure, implement performance management processes and deploy transformative technologies that strengthened the school’s infrastructure and advanced its mission.
