Since day one, Peggy has been a dedicated leader at SilverTech and has been a part of every triumph and challenge the agency has seen over two and a half decades. She has witnessed and supported SilverTech's growth from a small staff of 5 working to a thriving team of over 80 individuals working in multiple locations across the U.S.
Peggy seamlessly manages numerous key areas of our company, including office management, human resources, facilities and administration. Behind the scenes, Peggy ensures that everything runs smoothly, acting as the driving force that keeps everyone on track. Company events, employee onboarding, new office fixtures, internal policy, facility moves, benefit administration and key senior leadership decisions have Peggy’s imprint and impact. Peggy is truly instrumental in the past and future success of SilverTech.

SilverTech's recent projects with Community West Bank and NRHA have been recognized by Kentico as the September 2024 Site of the Month winners. The Kentico Site of the Month award highlights the best digital experiences built on the Kentico platform. The featured sites showcase the unique features and exceptional user experiences that are possible with Xperience by Kentico.
SilverTech collaborated with Community West Bank to create a new unified website in just four months. The recent merger of Community West Bank and Central Valley Bank required a customized digital solution with seamless integration of components from both brands.
Xperience by Kentico was chosen for its robust features and functionality which SilverTech leveraged efficiently to create a single cohesive website. The modern and responsive design built with Xperience by Kentico enhanced user experience.
SilverTech's work on the NRHA website has also earned the Site of the Month accolade. SilverTech's trusted experts chose to utilize Kentico's modern and user-friendly features to improve information accessibility for members and partners. The NRHA site is now capable of more with newly implemented navigation and streamlined website administration.
