SilverTech won two Communicator Awards for Best Financial Services Website with Georgia United Credit Union and Best Travel and Tourism website with Amelia Island's website. Georgia United Credit Union came to SilverTech with the need for improvements to its interface and CMS experience. SilverTech implemented new interactive financial tools, website UI/UX design, user experience updates, website development, CMS implementation and CMS customization. For Amelia Island, SilverTech provided user experience strategy, information architecture, digital brand development, personalization strategy, and CMS development that resulted in an annual revenue impact of $7.7 million and a 76% increase in web traffic in the first year.

Founded over twenty-five years ago, The Communicator Awards is an annual competition honoring the best in advertising, corporate communications, public relations and identity work for print, video, interactive and audio. The 27th Annual Communicator Awards received over 5,000 entries from ad agencies, interactive agencies, production firms, in-house creative professionals, graphic designers, design firms, and public relations firms. Winners were announced on May 4, 2021.
